Just as "weeds" are plants that haven't yet been assigned a value, scientific mysteries are simply good questions waiting for answers. Well, Weeds are simply a group of plants that aren't wanted by the observer. Why they aren't wanted is where the missing values would be contained yet uninvestigated because the desire is to be rid of them, not examine and inquire what could be the worth in retaining them.

They have actually been assigned a value.. that of dispose of or not depending upon cost of disposal only.
