how, or perhaps more accurately - in what ways, you possibly suggest it may be in superficial aspects, do you see Catholicism and Tibetan Buddhism are similar?

I think perhaps this could be another topic in Comparative Religion and Ethics maybe with the title 'Are there similarities between Catholicism and Tibetan Buddhism ?". Thanks.

Returning again to the topic of this thread : " How western Buddhism has changed in 50 years" - I noticed that another article was mentioned at the link, and it was "Can a religion survive being stripped of its superstitions?" -so I'm going to start an additional topic with that title.
