I think in these suttas the Buddha is teaching that when the sense organs cease, the world
perceived via the sense organs
also ceases. That doesn't necessarily mean that there is no "world" outside of our sensory experiences. The rupa element exists irrespective of our perceptions of it. When the Buddha taught "the all" he taught about
the world experienced via the senses
because that is the scope relevant to cessation of suffering. That doesn't necessarily mean that the universe is only a subjective reality.
