Fear of the un-known is still major part of my pollutant due to my desire or expectation in my "life" , not just what will happen tomorrow infact is every second of my life there must have some kind of fear , fear to receive bad news related to myself , love one , in business etc ..........thats is me , who is currently full of pollutant , that is why I am here .....to learn to understand and be able to ease if not to be free of it .
Most people have some fear in their lives at one time or another. Its a good idea not to continue following after endless fearful thoughts. Just noticing that this is happening and that there is "thinking" and then focussing one's awareness with the breathing can be helpful in cases of letting it go, rather than having the mind running on and on endlessly.

Its also a very good idea to look for an offline Dhamma meditation group to get some instruction. Otherwise I recommend Ajahn Jayasaro's 'Buddhist Meditation' video series on You Tube (There's also a link under 'meditation' in our Study Links)

However if the fear is too hard to deal with even when studying Dhamma and practising meditation and mindfulness, then seeking help from an offline health professional or therapist might be an adviseable alternative .
