I have no idea what your abbreviations mean !

Please could you avoid using them because it causes confusion for our members around the world who don't speak English as their first language.

YMMV "Your mileage may vary"

I *think* "ITSM" may be a typo and was supposed to be "ISTM", which would seem to be "It seems to me".

Agree that listervspeak on a multinational board is about as counterproductive as 733t5p34k.
