Thanks Glow, a very insightfull post. The Buddha message is given with amazing clarity through out the suttas that compound the Four Noble Truths. When you devote your life style to this you can see with that same clarity that the wide range of therapeutic options given by best sellers gurus around the world do not offer anything really radical so to be free from ignorance, hate and delusion but just a kind of cheap existential aspirins so to keep going in the eternal wheel of samsara.
