Hi Oliver,

No I have not, I do sometimes get a bit more hungry if I do more than my usual physical work. But then I just eat earlier or grab a protein bar if it is early in the day. I don't believe it would be healthy to deny the body what it needs to function, kinda like the saying have to feed the fire to keep it from burning out, lol. I also have not gained or lost any weight, I maintain my weight I believe because we try to properly balance our meals to get all we need.
