I am talking about incentives that involve paying money. Thats what i want to avoid. It is an easy way out. Pay ppl to post. This will set a bad example as people will expect to be paid everytime.
I was working with a major company 3-4 years when they decided to implement something like this. As long as this was in place, the posts and everything went on and the growth was awesome.

But the moment the reward system was stopped, it came crashing down.

Have to figure out a way which does not involve monetary compensation (in any form) and get members who participate. Whether that means taking an advertisement in some magazine or sponsoring a college event, that will be worth it because we are paying for publicity and not for posts
