@saichithari
A belated welcome. Your postings are valuable, in fact quite interesting, but, as Rajpriya mentioned, the first thing you need to know is to avoid making a post without citing the original source. Provide a link or web address. Second, summarise the report so that readers get a bird's eye-view of the matter. Anyone interested can use the link you provide to get further details. But, it is imperative that you cite the original source. Otherwise it gives the impression of plagiarism, passing off something as your own when it is not. To put it differently, you must have heard of the famous tamil statement "turkey strutting like a peacock"?

@Ramani

Thanks for your clarification on posting articles copied from the Internet. If I remember correctly someone else posted the same article on this forum sometime ago. I think it may have been by T.N.Bala.

There was another one:

"Parenting is no child's play"

I was recently invited to give a presentation at a seminar, organised by a school in Coimbatore, about parenting in the digital age. I am not a qualified child psychologist. Neither can I claim expertise in guiding parents.

My having three children is enough to raise eyebrows. I became a parent when I was 19!

Dharma Raman published this article in the opinion page of Hindu Newspaper on the 25th Feb 2012. But the big mistake of copying this article word for word and posting it on Chennai Forums meant that the person who posted was invited to give a presentation at a seminar organized by a school in Coimbatore about parenting.

Further she became a parent at 19 and has three children made me raise eyebrows. Two people claiming to have done the same thing seems like one them has not read the story at all before posting?

I also corrected a spelling mistake prompted by your message above. Cite and not Site.

Thank you

Rajpriya
