@ Ramani,

I was always wondering how to read on the move. Specially Tamil novels in printed form are rare to find and carrying books around mostly during travel may be cumbersome. Then Steve Jobs gave the world the iPad. What a great invention.

I don't have carry books with hundreds of pages around. One can download hundreds of books into this thin gadget that hardly a problem carrying around. Yes, since I do travel quite a lot, it's so much easy to read your favorite books when you are stuck in an Airport for connecting flights for hours.

The iPad 2 is my latest toy. It makes you keep me well informed of the latest. Its the one with SIM unlocked + WiFi. Most airports provide WiFi in lounges and its free. Most food courts abroad provide WiFi. In fact, now I read more than ever before because the present day technology affords so much more convenience to do so.

There are cheaper versions like Kindle, Kindle fire and many others available. They are cheaper but you do not need any if you are mostly at home.

I have down loaded some novels like Ponniyin Selvan, Parthiban Kanavu. They are books I enjoyed reading many decades ago. They are good reading at any time any age.

Thank you once again
