Dear Effie,

There are subtitles on that YT video I think - at least that's how I view the video. Can you see them also?

I agree that the choirs of the Russian Orthodox Church are beautiful. Actually Nicolaj (some days ago my fiance and I had the blessing to meet with Nicolaj briefly

) just gave me two CDs from Bishop Hilarion of Vienna and I am so delighted to listen to them (His Grace just composed them during traveling last year as it is said in the info on the CD).

However all chants are marvelous and of course the Greek ones I love too. Orthodox chants in different languages are like roses and lillies ... all beautiful... I am not sure I can say to change one. I also have the Paraklisis in Arabic and love it (I meant to write love in all capital letters). I am looking at the moment for some Spanish Orthodox chants cause it sounds also very beautiful.
