How does one pronounce the following two words in English..

Nous - Is it nouse like mouse or nous as in French for we or noose?

Septuagint - I bumble through this word all the time

Sorry for such a trivial matter.

Nous like noose

Septuagint- sep-too-a- and here some say:jint others: gint. I would guess that gint is closer to the Greek. But then again I can't remember whether Septuagint is the exact same word as in Greek or is Anglicized.
