Hello guys ,so i need some help ,i tried playing half life 2 but it laggs like hell.

I tried researching and i saw that deleting system32 makes my pc faster ,what is system32 and where is it ?

Please help ,i really want my pc faster beacause it sucks ,i want to delete it but i can't find it
