ok this will sounds weird im sure but i would like some advise

just so we are clear i am married but still would like a oppinion

ok here it goes... 5 years ago i was rapped by my ex fiancee he hurt me badly in parts im not gonna mention (for privacy can pm me for full detail btw)anyways i had to end up going to the hospital for "stitches there" and to this day it still makes me cry i want to be over it but i just cant seem to completely forget about it what would you suggest that i try ?
