Listen. There still is hope. I'm being completely serious now. Take some courses, counseling, therapy, psychological and/or psychiatric help. There have been moments in my life when I thought hope was lost. Being turned down/ not being able to find the opportunity is no excuse for you to not try. I know you were born with this condition as you mentioned above, but you need guidance.
