I get legs cramps often too.

I have been told its due to a lack of salts in the body. If you have a more physical job or exercise alot it can be common if you lack certain minerals. I used to get them more often when I was in hospitality standing up all day walking around

You can try magnesium and calcium supplements or sodium supplements. As always its good to check with a doctor or a chemist to make sure these are right for you and there are no underlying problems.

You can also take a look at your diet. See if you can alter your diet to include more of these minerals.
