Exercise is a great stress relief. Also breathing. Taking slow deep breaths when you feel you are becoming stressed at work. Do something at lunch that is relaxing for your. I was very stressed at work and started to go to the library and read books that are uplifing for me. Sometimes I do a short meditation right before coming back from lunch -- I meditate sitting in the parking lot of my car. Just that short time of refocusing helps me get through the day. I also did a lot of mental work on the way into work (as I was walking to the elevator). Affirmations about how I wanted my day to go. I give thanks for my job every day. I affirm that I love my job and it is a supportive, peaceful place to be. I am sure you will have your own affirmations that work best for you. The trick for me was to change MY thinking. It made a world of difference. Best wishes in your efforts.
