hey i dont know if this helps at all, In reiki lung problems stem from denial of life and the inability to take in and give out life. Maybe you need to look inward to your self esteem do you perhaps have a lack of esteem or some form of inferiority complex that leads you to holding back on things that you should may be say? Throat is communication and creativity... if the burning goes up the throat it could be that you are causing yourself to stifle your creativity or your opinion...
