If it were truly your ex, he wouldn't be harming the living at all. I think maybe you are afraid this will happen instead. Jealousy does not exist in the light.

Amen to that. In life, we may have our differences, but in crossing over, the veils of confusion is lifted, and we understand things we never did before. My ex may have wanted to hurt me emotionally in life, but he is far past all that now. He just wants me to know that he 'gets it' now, and that he still loves me. I will always love him, too. If something was trying to hurt me, it surely wouldn't be a family member or loved one. That would be something dark. Often people open the door to communicate with the dead, and unknowingly open the door to many other dark things. i'm pretty rigid in what I'm okay with. I don't accept anything that isn't of the Light, and immediately call on Jesus if there is even a question about what is before me. I don't do Ouija or seek out the dead in seances. If I am visited, then it is because it was meant to be at that moment.

I didn't hear the song on the computer and then obsess on it. I obsessed on it, and then later looked it up on the computer and got validation. I have asked for small signs after, and was validated again a few mornings later. If I was terrified or felt a heaviness, I would know it's not a crossed loved one.
