Hi guys, quick question, I have been feeling my crown chakra I believe, but its confusign as I dont meditate on it, really, besides chakra work I try and do to all.

I felt a dense feeling there earlier as in couple days ago, and a bit last night, I felt my crown was gona pop open, lol.

Can any one share an experience of the corwn and give some guidlines for it, thanks?
