i definitley am disappointed by no results i was a little envious of other but i have gotten over that now and realized it will happen in time there is no one who cannot be spiritual if they are trying. is it bad to meditate more than twice a day? also .. if my chakras are closed does that mean i cannot go to the astral plane?
