Hi Jpaz,

This is only my opinion, and i don't feel any question is stupid, we are all here to help each other.

If you ask for protection you will be given it, but it depends on how you ask for it.

You would have to state when you want it and what it is for and always remember to thank spirit for the protection.

I ask for protection every night before going to sleep for myself at all times and for my home.

When i am working with spirit i ask again for protection and i surround myself with white light, if i am around people that i feel are sending out bad thoughts for whatever reason i then surround myself with mirrors to reflect the thoughts back to them.
