Hello, I hope this is in the right place, if not sorry

I have been reading a lot about animal communication recently and thought I would try it. I have been trying and once or twice thought I had picked up a thought from our dog ( the dog asking me to tell the kids not to follow her around all the time - I know the feeling

)
However, not sure if I picked this up or whether it is wishful thinking/ stating the obvious.

Has anyone else tried this? If so or if you have any similar experiences, please share, I would be very interested to hear them.
