A different approach to be sure. You need not fear the lower entities if you have spiritual shielding, however if you align your chakras to respond they will be the "administrators" of whatever realm you choose to travel in. The main point though to ensure that you are in charge of the whole operation and it is totally your own choice with no outside coersion.
