I sense that you have had a pretty religious upbringing. This is why "demons" are even entering your thoughts. There is a fear here. I do sense its not a fear of them getting you, as much as a fear of them being real.

I don't believe in demons, so therefore I don't encounter anything I can't send away. Check your personal boundaries Star, make sure you set the rules for everything and anything.

I recall a post you said before you were lowering your energies to talk to the animal spirits. You may have "picked up" some lower level entities that are now trying to play on your fears. Send um packing.
