Hi Emily. Well I def agree with Nat and Pagan. But regardless of their intentions, that was a pretty nasty thing to do. Life is about learning and like Pagan said, maybe the lesson for you was to not believe everything you are told and hopefully, their lesson is to never scare anyone like that again

My understanding of possessions and the like is that you have to openly allow it to happen or rather invite it in. And even then, I don't think the result is Hollywood style. It is comforting to hear that there are people like Pagan who have done this their entire life and they can tell you honestly, that they have never seen anything like what your friends showed you.

What I have learned here is that there is good and bad in everything. There are good and bad people, there are good and bad spirits. You wouldn't want to allow a bad person in your life and so you wouldn't allow a negative energy into your life. You set those boundaries. .
