Hi, I have been working on free writing for a while now. I love it. However, I was meditating, not free writing at the moment, and my mind was blank. I was communicating with my spirit guide. I suddenly said in my mind that they could use my hand to write if they would like. my hand suddenly had a strong pressure and I wrote the name "Carol". It struck me as odd because this name has come up before. I won't say when or how because I don't want to taint it . Any ideas or suggestions?
