hey dunno if this is going to help at all...

I often used to see a spirit as a shadow, tho i never did find out anything about him - but his presence got stronger when i was causing myself trouble or was going to be in a fight etc.

At Liams dads house there was a shadow we both saw it at seperate times! neither of them effected us in anyway!

just picture white light when you see or feel its presence and ask that if it isnt from a place of light that it enter to the light...
