Lmao, that's a great story Smiles. Yeah, the brick wall really works. It makes my brother cry though, because when its up he can't make me mad, hehehe.

I can't believe u work at McDonald's Zinthar, Omg. I've pretty much got my empathy handled, but working at McDonald's would make things very difficult, whew.

Anyway, here's one:

Put up a rose in front of you on your aura. All outside energy hits the rose and immediately travels downwards. Energy grounds extremely well when you provide it with a lightning rod.

Now, the most important part of this method is converting the energy and calling it back up through your feet chakras.

There is no fail-safe that I know of short of perhaps enlightenment, but these methods will all help u tremendously.
