Thanks for your response Sophia - sorry for the late reply, I have been away on holiday for the past week and a half.

I agree that I need to learn more about meditation and protection before I continue. I will have a look at some of the links provided earlier and read up on it. I have a basic understanding of some protection methods I think I just have to trust in them more.

I have never heard of the book called Lily Dale before - I looked it up after I read your message, I will have to see if I can find a copy it would be interesting to read. I was born in Lilydale but in Australia not the U.S.
