Hi. I've been chatting to my neighbour and she's been explaining some spooky goings on.

Only a few weeks ago, she was sat in her dining room, saying goodnight to her kids. As soon as she'd said that and they were upstairs, she heard "Goodnight Corrina" as if someone had walked past her to go to bed too. There was no one else in the room apart from her and her hubby.

She's also said that when she's in bed, ready to drop off to sleep, she can hear the sound of milk bottles tinkling and the smell of talcome (had to change spelling as it got "starred out" powder), but it's an older smell of talc.

She's also heard the back door open and close at night but it's locked.

Also she said that since they moved in next door, her and her hubby seem to have more arguments.

Can anyone offer any advice or suggestions?
