I agree with Sophia, seems like you've been told very clearly to quit smoking that stuff. It really interferes with your progress and someone is telling you in no uncertain terms. If it were me, I believe I'd say "yes M'am" and do as I were told. But then, that's just me and I know what Spirit can do to make you do what she wants.
