My friend was describing to me a dream in which she saw one of our other friends (whom we'll call Mia) appear as ghost-like. She says they were both in a familiar place, and the "astral" mia said that when she was running low on energy, she would have to go "back."

When I first heard this, i thought that mia was astral projecting, but upon more thought, I'm not totally sure its possible to astral project into someone's dream.

what do you guys think?
