Yeah, it was what I was asking for. Sorry.

That just seems quite long and involved just for relaxing (which lead to my confusion lol). More like a guided meditation that would take up the entire time of a session.. but I do thank you for sharing it. Definitely is something I could reference or could help others too.

I had been just thinking more along the lines of.. focusing on the body, relaxing the foot.. then shin, knee.. and so on. But I have been threw a guided meditation that had some of the same elements as what you posted too. So a visualization could also work I think. I'm still learning!
