My advice is to spend less time thinking about "how" and just what you do. Without thought. If it comes that natural your on the right path and if you continue to use it to help people, the stronger u will become. Everybody has a gift, but not everyone has the same gift. Some people search their entire lives to "find that gift". Take it, be grateful for it, and keep healing. Their is no real way to explain it, your connected to the universe, your healing energy is strong, ect, ect. This is your calling. Rejoice in it, people's well being depend on it. Focus only on what;s important, and do not worry about the trivial stuff. I think that's your message from the Angels, lol. Anyway's I think your gift is awsome, hopefully you'll share it on the den?
