Not sure if this is the best answer, because I'm sick and very tired right now, but...First thing that popped into my mind was that something was happening or about to happen that would cause you to feel bad, if that makes sense. Like it was a premonition or something. Could be something in your network of family or friends (i.e., someone fell ill), could be something bigger/larger scale. I'm not really sure.

Just my two cents. Take it with a grain of salt, 'cause I'm not sure how my psychic abilities work (if at all) when I'm this sick and out of it, lol!
