, I appreciate it. Its hard to push these feelings/emotions away at times. Sometimes I get so frustrated with it, I become so drained. Then I feel like I am alone in the world because the people that I have surrounding me don't know what I go through, they don't understand. I have been doing meditations, yoga, nature walks, and I even have the cds from Gael Chiarella (all of her meditation cds) they are awesome by the way. But sometimes it just gets so overwhelming no matter what I do it won't go away. I get to the point where I can't concentrate, or can't relax to meditate or reground myself. Do you have any advice for me? I am now learning how to seperate things but I still get emotional from what I am feeling. Also if anyone has any clue about getting rid of a negative vibration I would appreciate it, I have tried to release it, but it goes away for a day or two them comes back. Thanks
