i am expriencing this too, for me personally i know them to be my guides and angels because they feel so warm, they come through visually so much stronger in areas where there isn't a lot of that electromagetic stuff (the bathroom is really good)! Hey i know this may sound odd but maybe you should put your arm out to them, i assure you that will feel their presence by touch

The cat is absolutely fine, i wouldn't worry about her, the triangle was probably an energy imprint from something you saw.
