Thank you capn, the link is very helpful! I've actually seen that before but I completely spaced and forgot about it lol. And I didn't know it can "take you back in time" although I suppose it makes sense if you need to heal something from a past life, which I may even need to do.

i'm going to think about green for my grandma and ask her about it...
