Greetings, everyone.

I have been being contacted by (what I call) "Light Beings," both in my daily meditations and in dreams. These Beings are golden-white light, and are very bright. Bright isn't the right word, but it's the only one I can come up with at the moment. It's as if my eyes hurt looking at them. I always meet them in space, I can see the blackness of space and the stars.

I know they are trying to tell me something, but I cannot seem to remember what it is.

If anyone has any clue as to who/what They are, and how I can figure out what they are trying to tell me, please let me know.
