I agree. There are too many coincidences there to be just coincidence. Even if it isn't that he is the one, maybe he will introduce you to Mr. Right. There has to be some reason that you ran into him after all that time and all of the "coincidences" occurred. Maybe you need to drop by his house and invite him over for dinner or something if you know which one he lives in. Good luck!! Keep us posted
