Unfortunatly I think stuff like that comes with the fansite territory. There are going to be people who are die hard fans and won't like any criticism and no one will be good for the person/ group they are the fan of. The internet just gives the annonymity to let some people be nasty.
The good thing about it is that you can weigh the pros and cons and leave the site if the cons outweigh the pros
