Hello,

My experience sounds very similar to Seren's, since I've been attuned I have not experienced the pressure in my chest so much as the ringing in my ears, this is becoming more frequent. I also though I was going to have a heart attack as the pressure on my chest was very heavy. Thanks for sharing I really appreciate it. Dee71 your experience almost sounds scary, it must have scared you at first.
