Sounds very interesting Albajane. Do you attempt at out of body experiences or do they just happen?

They just happen .never tried to do it willingly...although sometimes before sleep I feel my body trembling and the room seems to take on a weird atmosphere but then i get scared and talk myself "back" and go to sleep ....thinking on this now seems to suggest attempting out of body experience
