dreams while awake
This happened to me once or twice before, and it seems to have returned. I don't believe it should alarm me, but it's not exactly something you talk to your kids about. (Obviously, I don't want them to worry.) Have any of you experienced it?
I've been getting light-headed sensations recently, not dizzy, but definitely not grounded either. Also, when I'm even the slightest bit tired, the normal tiredness that you might have around dinnertime, not even exhaustion, I become aware of dream visions and sounds. They're more distinct than the visions I get while doing a reading, yet still shadowy, as in a nearly-asleep state, yet they're not hallucinations either. I'm perfectly aware that they're visions, not real.
I think it's my subconscious becoming more deeply aware of other dimensions, but I'm not sure that's the complete explanation. Any ideas, guys?
