Well im not on any medication, havent been for a while and i sleep quite a bit

. i just did some research on Edgar, he's really interesting. i think ill get a tape recorder around the time it usually happens (night), maybe ill catch myself talking.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was astralling, ive been trying to do it lately. Id turn on the track to guide me with astral projection and then completely blank out for couple of hours, and ill think "i dont remember finishing the tracks on my ipod."

Could be a mix of things i guess but in any case im going to have to learn to remember, ill do some research on Robert's methods.
