Depending on the song that I am listening to, I either get goose bumps in my legs or arms, and sometimes both...it's only during certain phrases or chorus. I thought is was because I can feel the singers emotions...but since I have been waking up with songs in my head I started thinking there may be something more. I did have a song lead me to a book, if you can believe it or not.
