I thought the same thing as Mecca as far as protection. Making sure that if your not aware if it's positive energy then to ask your guides/angels/higher power to help you decipher it. If you feel as though you can't then ask them to keep it away from you and protect you against it. Shielding and grounding are essentials that we all must do especially when we are still unaware in determining it's meanings.
