Hi,

I thought I would talk about an experience I had recently when I was extremely depressed.

I had just gone to bed, after I had just vented all my worries on my best friend, which made things worse.

I was at the point where I kinda wanted to escape life.

And I started to have this dream, that I was driving a car on an unfamiliar road (although the surroundings were familiar) the sky was dark clouded but so bright with a light, and the ground was really dark. When i looked out it was like the picture had been cut in half, with the lower part dark and the higher light.

Anyway, I was driving like really speeding, and all I could hear was my mothers voice saying to avoid the light. And I remember being in a panic and speeding and zig zagging on the road.

The next thing you know I went around a corner and smashed into another car, the last memory of the dream was me hitting the windscreen, then I woke up.

I didn't just wake up though. My body was in like a state of trance, it was shaking and shaking and my insides felt in pain.

All I can remember is that it felt like death, and that someone/something had said it wasn't time.

Anyway, the next day I had a dream of this man. He was really old, with a european style hat (like the french wear).
Because my mind was racing with thought, this man was explaining the whole ordeal to me. Saying that it just wasn't my time, and that my body decide to shut itself off.
I dont know whether this was my subconscious telling me what i needed to hear. Or a real message.

But all I know is I have been happier ever since that dream. And things are alot clearer.

Anyone else had an experience like this?
