Hi Noelle,

The first thing is that your landlord cannot enter your home unless it is an absolute emergencey. I know this because my husband and I were landlords at one time. We had to provide adequate time such as 48 hours notice if we wanted to enter the home for things such as repairs and so on. I would call the police and make a complaint you are definitely well within your rights to do so. They are illegally trespassing through your home. As for the smell I don't know what to do there, maybe someone else has an idea but definitely take care of them not entering your home anymore and perhaps you will no longer have the smells.
